Help the Life of your HVAC Units

Advice for helping the life of your heating and air conditioning units.

1. Change filters on the first of every month. (if you have animals in house, check every two weeks).
2. Have preventive maintenance done every 6 months (one in spring and one in fall).
3. Have an annual duct cleaning done (most people prefer to do this during “spring cleaning”)
4. If you are having problems with your system, turn it off immediately and call out your local service technician as soon as possible.
